Custom Built VT Codes (exact repeats) - N/A
Social Media Postings (exact repeats) - N/A
b) Access to:
- VT marketing & sales collateral
- VT sales training
- VT customer support
c) Access to your own bizCart (bizApps e-Commerce system) account for order fulfillment and order tracking.
d) Access to your own VT campaign at the discounted VT Reseller Level 1 price.
2. As an authorized distributor, you agree to the following:
Terms & Conditions
This Agreement (“Agreement”) provides the Terms and Conditions under which Pixl Inc., dba bizApps, (“Pixl”) will operate the Video Transformations (VT) Distributor program.
The Distributor is you as the owner of the account and anyone else you authorize to access the account. As an authorized distributor, you will be able to promote VT campaigns to your customers.
By clicking "I Agree" or using the account, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Violating any of the following terms will result in immediate termination from the program.
Distributor hereby grants Pixl a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use their name and logo in reference to this Service. Refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use the information. To view, go to Privacy Policy link on our website, www.bizApps4me.com.
Distributor Terms
All sales are final. There are no returns for the Distributor program and there are no returns for the purchases made on behalf of the customer.
You must not run "negative" PPC or iframe domain campaigns such as "Product name / author name scam" or any other method to attract controversial click thru' rates.
We run a legitimate business, which means that we always correctly illustrate and represent our products and their features and benefits to the customer. Please make sure you do the same. Anyone found using misleading claims, inaccurate information or false testimonials (or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines) will have their Distributor account revoked immediately.
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by Pixl. You will use the content solely for the purposes of promoting bizApps software suite.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixl and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Pixl arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities.
Intellectual Property
bizApps™ is a trademark of Pixl. bizApps™ is a suite of software and all its applications are copyrighted by Pixl, All Rights Reserved. You may not use this software other than as expressly permitted, nor permit any other person to use this software in any other way.
Only Pixl shall have the right to alter, maintain, enhance or otherwise modify the Software. Affiliate will not try to steal Pixl’s data or hack into systems for disrupting normal operations. Affiliate shall not (a) modify the software or create derivative works thereof; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, algorithms or ideas underlying the software; (c) disclose to third parties the results of any bench tests performed on the software without Pixl’s prior written consent; or (d) otherwise use, copy, or distribute the software except as expressly allowed hereunder.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States, the State of Virginia, under the jurisdiction of the Loudoun County courts.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
