• 1 promo sales campaign built just for you, the campaign includes

          a) 1 static page built around your promo deal or coupon

          c) access to your menu / order form

          f) your signature

• 1 campaign update with your promo deal and phone number (if changed)

2. Either of the following mailed to the address you provide:

          a) 50 6” x 4” promo cards imprinted with the bizPage Morphing QR Code on electronic image of the card 

                    OR

          b) 100 1” x 1” b/w color paper stickers, imprinted with the bizPage Morphing QR Codes

Information we request from you

• Electronic image for your business logo
• Your promo deal text
• Your phone number at which you would like to receive calls from customers
• Your signature information including location address
• Electronic image of your pre-existing design to fit 6” x 4” promo card, if buying promo cards

Notes

• After you place the order, we will contact you to confirm your option for receiving promo cards or the stickers
• You will need to provide the Information we request from you, 2 weeks before we are able to deliver your package.
• You can buy more quantity of promo cards or stickers as well as other items from our store. If you don't see an item in our store, we will get it to you – just let's know.
• This package comes with our standard bizPage Morphing QR code design.
• This package comes with you providing us your pre-existing promo card design. We will superimpose bizPage Morphing QR code on it.
• We provide services for custom designing the bizPage Morphing QR Code, promo card, or logos. Let's talk if you have any such needs. 

Customer Terms

• The bizPage campaign expires 30 days after purchase. Talk to us about 6 months or yearly plans.
• Renewing? Use "Buy" or "Pay with Card" link to renew.
• All sales are final. There are no returns.
• Infringing on any copyright or trademark is a violation of the bizApps / bizPage agreement and your account may be deleted.
