Customer Terms

This Agreement (“Agreement”) provides the Terms and Conditions under which Pixl Inc., dba bizApps, (“Pixl”) will operate the Video Transformations (VT) Customer program. The Customer is you as the buyer "purchaser" of this item and anyone else you authorize to access the account. By purchasing this item, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Violating any of the following terms will result in immediate termination from the program with no refunds.

Customer hereby grants Pixl a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use their name and logo in reference to this Service. Refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use the information. To view, go to Privacy Policy link on our website, www.bizApps4me.com.

Customer has to keep the account active at all the time. We will email you when your account is at 80% of capacity. You are also responsible for making these checks. In order to keep the account active, it has to be in good standing and there must be enough views / clicks left. All sales are final. There are no returns.

You assume the responsibility of providing the necessary information and providing to Pixl for handling your VT account. You assume the responsibility for reviewing the VT Code we deliver and ensuring its correctness, sticking on your physical items.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixl and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Pixl arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities.
